As I mentioned we did have an early start this morning but our driver slept in again, so after I woke him up we had lost 1 1/2 hours the group were less than impressed.

So we set off out of Kelowna over the floating bridge it looks weird as all you can see in the bridge sat on the water, all the floats are hidden. The first main stop was Othello tunnels this is where they blew out tunnels in the rocks to put in a railroad but since a big storm in 1951 which washed away the track it has become a touristy thing to go and walk through the pitch dark tunnels.

And the only other stop today was at Hope this town became famous when they chose it to film scenes for Rambo First Blood and we drove across the bridge that appears at the beginning of the movie and also saw the forest where some of the scenes were shot.

Then it was pretty much straight on through to Vancouver (400km) today, We are in our trusty HI on Granville Street for the next 5 nights.We have plenty to do so will keep you up to date.
