Yesterday we decided to do what most people do when they visit Toronto and that was to go to Niagara Falls. We booked on a 10 hour tour that took in a wine tasting session (to keep Mel happy) at the famous Inniskillin Brewery, famous for its ice wine( they harvest the grape in January at -10 degrees it is very sweet and a deesert wine but worth a taste. Arrived at last the hostel life is a little weird but i'm sure we will get used to it in a few days.
