Our second day here was free for us to organize We started in the Jewish quarter which has an interesting history The cemetery is quite fascinating. Jews were confined to a quite small area of the city, and since Jewish remains can not be disturbed to accomodate burials a hill was created with bodies sometimes 12 deep. Our last day in Cesky Kumlov was a beauty It started with a history walk around town with a local guide. The town dates back to 800 and many buildings were established in the 1200 but most of what we can see today is from the 1500's The history walk was followed by a tour of the local brewery . An historic factory in itself. The tour included tasting a litre of their beers each which went down well and set Lyndon up well for the afternoon's rafting experience...

Cesky Kumlov Had a great final night in Vienna.
