Well as was the past few days, this morning was nice but by noon we were getting tornado warnings! I had a coffee with mom and peter then went to shop to buy bacon and eggs for breakfast. The two girls stayed up most of the night so,they needed some hang over food! Fred and I left them to sleep and went over to moms. Well I ran over to moms and had a coffee with her and picked a few rocks from her beach....Barry and Susan were out in the boat so they picked me up and gave me a boat ride around the lake....it was superb! Then they dropped me off at the lodge and I grabbed my costume and drove back to their place for our swim to the island and back...my sister and I want to do it every day if we can. We spent the morning with Susan and Barry...back to ours for lunch and a rest ...

Calabogie here we come right back where we started from! Yes from the day I was born we came to Calabogie every summer....my sister Susan still has the original cottage my dad and mom built...but this fall it will be torn down and they will build a new permanent home own the land! Well we got into Montreal about 3pm but it took an hour in customs line and an hour getting a rental car so did not leave airport till 5pm....we drove to Maddison's where Linda and Kortney were waiting for us to dine....had a beautiful ribs meal...meat just fell off bone....was lovely to see them.....then off to Calabogie....we arrived about 930 and amy was waiting there for us...had coffee, milk, wine, beer....the lot ready for us.....the neighbours (two couples...

We woke up to smog even worse than yesterday....they say it happens....Indonesia burn off...only once a year and we managed to find that once. We set off for the garden at the bay...took a guided talking tour on a tram of the outside gardens....very impressive....they have fake trees that have vines growing on them....act as irrigation system. Then we toured the cloud emporium which was amazing....the plant life as you move up the rainforest levels...the orchids ...
