Up and out for the 9:10 bus. Quick trip into Adelaide to the other major opal jewellers. Bought a black opal 18k white gold pendant. Nothing I've bought matches each other but that's ok. The ring was a doublet, which is a base layer of cheap opal and then the expensive opal on top. The pendant is a solid opal which is why it's expensive. Got bus back to harbour town and a quick look round there again as bus ticket valid for 2 hours.
On return to campsite went into the pool to cool down. Couldn't do much swimming as it was just full of kids, but it was nice to just chill. Caught the sun a bit on arms today. Spent rest of afternoon relaxing by or in van. Had Kangaroo burgers for tea. Nice, bit like venison. Early night again. Up early for a coach trip to the Barossa valley.
