When we got to the motel/hotel room we straight away went to dinner at someplace,(I don't know where) but don't go there or you will never stop eating their Pie that they have for pudding. We had a pie fest and we tried: cherry, turtle cream, peach, pecan, key lime, and coconut cream. My best favourites were cherry and key lime, then peach, the turtle, the coconut, and lastly pecan. Daniel Pop's restaurant was so cool! We were in a family corner that had stickers all over the walls. The server loved our accent and made us talk just so he could laugh! There were trivial pursuit questions at the table so we had lots of fun. The dessert pies were amazing.. 4 out of the six pies we had I can make on the Pappas Bakeria game...and they look exactly the same as the game! After dinner we went for a walk around Oakhurst town and found a talking bear who told you bear stories! It was really hot even at night. Later we took our new glow In The dark frisbee out to play because it was too hot to sleep. A lady told us that deer often come down to the motel at night! Oakhurst was a really fun place to stay for the night. Gemma
