Early start in the morning and by the end of the day we had arrived in Paris. The city has exceeded expectations and is as alluring as it looks in all the postcards. From the people to the food this city oozes sophistication and style. A night time city tour revealed all the must see places and places you must be seen in and was a perfect platform for our day out in Paris tomorrow.

Second day in Paris and climbing the steps of the Eiffel Tower was rewarded by an amazing view of a very white and green Paris landscape. A walk through the streets revealed even more Paris charm and a return trip to the Arc de Triomphe confirmed the craziness of the round about that lays beneath it. Lazing around the gardens surrounding the Louvre in the beautiful afternoon sunshine was a fantastic way to end the afternoon. A traditional French cuisine meal was enjoyed in the evening (snails included) and Parisian cabaret was a perfect finish to a wonderful day spent in a very clean city called Paris.
