Hello,

What a beautiful city! We are starting to understand just how young Australia is when we step into a city like this. Some buildings have been re-built 5 times over before Australia had even thought about building its first. When you look at a building for the first time you see a multi-layered work of art. The streets are full of people, like in an art gallery, stopping to discover picture upon picture hidden beneath each layer. Charles Bridge lived up to its expectations and is a sea of different people, music and flavours with an amazing view of the city. Prague Castle was amazing the pictures will not do it justice and will not even come close to showing you how large the buildings are.

We embarked on a four hour walking tour today and it was probably the best way to begin our further journeys in Prague or by correct terms Praha. We were very proud of ourselves when we found our way back from the end of the tour to where we had started all based on recognising food outlets we had seen on the way there :) And we did just that, eat and drink our way back!

We are now off to sample some of the local beer and maybe just maybe the 'hot' wine??? Pictures will come soon after we arrive back in London and just a word of warning now, pull up a chair and get comfy *lol* we will try and short-list the best ones :)

Well we didn't come all theis way to sit in an internet cafe, so GoodBye for now and will let you know how the travels continue in the next blog.
