Three words to sum up our time in Hawaii: relaxing, relaxing, relaxing!

We arrive in a very warm California. After a day spent flying across the country we only get a short glimpse of California in day light so we head for some food and plan out what to do tomorrow. Well the first day in Florida was not a day in Florida at all, it was a day spent on a plane...New Orleans to Miami to Orlando....finally at the Hotel and OH what a NICE hotel it is....we heart the Hilton (after they gave us the correct room). Weather = Hurricane Ida sitting off the New Orleans coast, fingers crossed it will pass. Sleep in til 12 then off for some retail therapy at the nearby Outlet Shopping Malls. We leave Memphis early and head further south to new Orleans. Our hostel is great and we are happy again to be able to cook our own meals in the kitchen. Weary eyed we start our first day in Memphis with a breakfast at the world famous Arcade diner. Then hop on the trolley cars that take us into the city of Memphis.
