Hi everyone! Still not a lot to update... still at the farm! Have marked on the map where I am staying at the mo. Have earnt about $1500 so far, and want to leave here with between 4 and 5 grand, so stay here hopefully for another 2 or 3 weeks. (I've been here 2 weeks now!). There have been fewer hours this last week because there is a bit of a break in the crop. Hopefully they'll pick up a bit and I can make some more money! Still having a grrreat time her...

Can't remember at all when I last updated and I can't be bothered to check! I did a blog entry the other day and itdidn't save! So annoyed! It was really long as well. Anyhoo... Lots to say! The driving first of all - was ok! The car was really old, but it was the best out of the bunch. There are cars at the hostel that don't have brakes, and one of them has 1st and 2nd gear broken, so you have tp start the car in 3rd - God knows how that works! But yeah, mi...

Hi all Just a quick update to let you know I have a job! I start at 5am tomorrow morning haha. I've been allocated to the packing shed (YAY) and so I don't have to do the hard labour of picking! BUT, I have been allocated as the driver for this group (I should never have given my licence number, d'oh) and apperently the cars are all rubbish, so this should be an experience! It's like an hours drive from here to the farm... Ooo maybe if I drive I don't have to ...

Can't remember what I last said, and don't have time to go and look either! I finished my dive course - yay! Got a free dive which I am going to take tomoro - the water is really really clear now, like 7 or 8 metres visability compared with the half a metre we had on Thurs and Fri! It's because it's been a bit breezy so it disturbs the sand etc from the bottom and makes the water murky! But its all cleared now! Looking forward to doing a dive for fun, instead of...

Haha, just read my last blog entry and plans have completely changed! It's a good thing I didn't really book anything! I've changed my mind! Well anyhoo, I'm on Magnetic island and it's GORGEOUS! Apparently this is suypposed to be one of the best, sunniest places in Aus - they have over 320 sunny days a year which is pretty good! hehe! And it has been hot since I've been here! (Since erm... Wed I think!) If anyone cares the hostel I'm in is called Base Backpack...
