We said our goodbyes to some good friends today - Lucy and James, James and Johnno and Alex. But fortunately not Craig and Melissa for now we would carry on the trip together.

We made the steep climb to the Phi Phi viewpoint and got the "Photo", the best viewpoint to date. The shape and landscape of this island is unique. We then rested our aching bodies on the beach. The heat was unbelievable which made it hard on Matt's bare feet. The flip flop thief will pay for this.
On the return boat to Koh Lanta with Craig and Melissa the heavens opened (producing the best rainbow over the sea that we have ever seen) meaning that a night of cards at the Chill Out House and food at Mon's was in order. The card game v69 that we learnt from Amy and Luke in Sydney came out. We told the story of how they had learnt from the inventor while traveling in South America. It turns out that this guy might not be telling the whole truth as this is the second time that someone has referred to the game as an Israeli game and has known the exact rules. Craig and Melissa knew it as this. Our whole year has been a lie....
