A 7am boat to Phi Phi would allow us to get there in time for a snorkeling trip. But this was not just any normal boat, this had an added extra. The boat sailed us around all the sights of Phi Phi that we were going to go and visit in the afternoon, including the famous Maya Bay. On arrival, we quickly headed to the same hostel as last time and downed our bags before going in search of a good deal on a snorkeling trip. Unfortunately Rich's body was feeling withdrawal symptoms from The Brown Cow or maybe it's the Thai food, causing his insides wanting to be outside so we had to leave him behind.
We managed to bargain a cheap trip which would allow Mel and Lorna to be able to catch their ferry back to Phuket on time. A great day snorkeling.
Once Rich was feeling better, we met for beach beers before heading to catch some live music. The main event ended up being SeaBass Live (a comedy duo of Matt and Rich). With Matt (Sea) having had a few too many beers, he was soaking up the limelight with nobody actually listening. Rich (Bass) leaving him to it. We thought we were having a quiet one tonight, Matt obviously forgot to send the memo. Overall a solid first performance (jokes).
