A lovely morning and I woke early to take advantage of the peace and quiet and enjoyed the sunrise and an early morning swim. The morning started with a run, it had to include a strava segment and then on to a geocache which was situated on a headland.The cache was in a wall at the base of a small shrine and proved difficult for us to find but after most of the wall was dismantled Simon eventually found it .
