Another beautiful morning, but snow is forecast for tomorrow. After a short walk to look at the mountains in the distance, we set off to Calgary airport. It was an easy drive as it was Sunday, so no rush hour traffic. There were a few other bikes on our flight but also a lot of young children, so not the quietest of flights. Still we got back to London with bike undamaged so a successful trip overall.
The Rockies were spectacular and the triathlon in Edmonton was a a great event. Now home and enjoying warm sunshine in England, we see that Edmonton has had several inches of snow. It's a very fickle climate in Canada, we are glad we didn't have to deal with snow that could have caused a lot of stress especially for the triathlon,

As Graham was 1st in his age group for GB, he has qualified for the same event next year in Chicago. This doesn't quite have the same appeal as the Rockies, but watch this space!
