We all had a really good lie in today and feel so much better for it. Plus we woke up to glorious sunshine, and absolutely stunning views of the snow-capped mountains around us. We saw none of this yesterday because it was really misty and miserable. So, it's Valentine's Day today...well, we decided not to do anything at all for it - we've no money!! We were going to go for a bit of a hike today, but instead, at 2pm we went off to do the Glacier Experience. Me...

Felt like a really long journey today. We're all feeling really tired for some reason, so we're all looking forward to Mt Cook where we're spending some extra nights. We made a stop along the way to see some round boulders that apparently look like dinosaur eggs...the best bit was having poached eggs on toast! We were feeling so tired this morning. Think it's because we had a break in Queenstown. Then I had to get a shower, and it was freezing in the shower room. We were picked up around 8am this morning to start our journey out to Milford Sound and waved good-bye to Queenstown. We've loved Queenstown. It's definitely been our favourite town/city in New Zealand. It's a cool place. The scenery is absolutely amazing on the way to Milford Sound. It's like driving into an undiscovered world. In fact, I can't carry on writing how beautiful and amazing these places are, because every day the scenery gets better. It's incredibl...
