Today is our last day in London and we spent it with Melike and her mum Lurlyn who we shared a room with in Cardiff. We decided to go to Windsor as it was such a nice day and they couldn't think of anywhere to take us that we hadn't already been to! We had a lovely afternoon sitting by the river and taking a peek at Windsor Castle and Eton College. I will definitely be back in October and will need a full day as Windsor Castle is huge! The town of Windsor itself is also such a beautiful place, full of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants. A new pub has even opened this year: The Duchess of Cambridge. We're sure they're not cashing in on Will and Kate... It was nice to just spend an afternoon in a leisurely way with friends - not too touristy. The perfect finish to a crazy but exhilarating week.
