Today we managed to lie-in until 11am, which doesn't happen very often - we must have needed our sleep! We had a late breakfast and then headed to the State Library, where Tosh had told us the password so that we could log on to the wifi network set up for the conference!

We checked facebook and our banking - it's good that we're heading to Asia tomorrow as our money is getting tight! We had a wander around a few shops including Perth's version of Home Bargains / Poundland, where we bought some 60cent noodles to have for our lunch!

After our bargain medal, we spent the afternoon finishing our packing and catching up with our books. It's a shame we haven't had the money to do more in Perth but it gives us an excuse to come back with more than a backpacker budget!

Tosh got back from the conference at tea-time and his paper went well - shame we didn't get to see it (the security was too tight for us to sneak in!).

We had a quiet last night although we probably went to bed a little too late - midnight - and we have to be up at 5:30am for our transfer to the airport. Oh well, we'll catch up on our rest in Ubud - can't wait to get to Bali tomorrow!
