We took a ferry from Phi Phi to Krabi and then a taxi from the pier in Krabi to the airport. We took a tiny plane over to Koh Samui and the flight lasted around 40 minutes. We got a taxi to our hotel Baywater Resort and checked in. The hotel was great, our room was massive and high up so looked over most of the resort. We took a walk to the beach in the late afternoon and had a cocktail at a bar on the beach front. The weather wasn't that great, quite cloudy but so better than Phi Phi! We had dinner at a burger restaurant across the road from our hotel, it was a little more expensive than usual but the food was amazing! They had a massive British bulldog there called Wally who was really friendly and sat by our feet whilst we ate!
The next day the weather was finally sunny!! We lounged round the pool in the morning, had lunch at a restaurant down the road and spent the afternoon round the pool too. We went to the hotels gym together and then went to a restaurant down the road. We came back to the room and got ready to go into Chaweng for a night out. We had a few drinks and played card games and then got a taxi to Cha Cha Moon beach club which was a club/bar on the beach. We had a drink there and then moved onto another bar, we went to a couple more bars before going to the Green Mango Club. We stayed there for a while and then got a taxi home at around 2am.
The next day we were both quite hungover, although me more than Luke! We had breakfast and chilled round the pool and in the room. We had a very lazy day! We went for lunch in town and had dinner at the burger restaurant again which was even better this time! They had a little kitten there that had turned up the day before, it had obviously lost its mum which was sad. I think he was quite poorly and he wasn't very playful but seemed content either lying in our arms or our laps! We had an earlyish night to get up for our flight the next day to Bali which stopped over in Singapore.
