Omg today has been the best day Eva, I'm sooooo excited I cN hardly contain myself!!! I have been looking for jobs in Perth for one day and whilst I was basking in the sun on the infamous, phi phi beach, I received a phonecall from Australia and was offered a job on a ranch exercising polo ponies and attending games!!! This trip is most definitely turning into my ultimate dream!!! With living with the locals in the jungle, the orphanage, teaching English in koh tao school, playing netball on phi phi beach with my new friends and now this, all that is left for me to tick off is to meet mr fittie!!!

I will be living with Julie and Owen redhead who have their own 50 acre ranch with 28 polo ponies! 6 are currently in work at present and he will bring another two in when I start! I arrive in Perth on Sunday and they are picking me up from the airport! I can either sleep off my jetlag on Monday or attend an errand with Owen and I start officially on Tuesday!!! I get food and accommodation all in and will receive $200 Australian, about £125 a week!!! This is a lot more than some of the au pair jobs I have also been offered!!!

Owen told me i will work 6 days a week, mornings and evenings (afternoons off to sunbathe) and will have Monday's off! My main duties will include exercising the horses whilst riding one and leading another and cantering for half an hour straight to build up their fitness (and mine) ha ha, they sound like aunty Lesley!!! I will look after the horses day to day, turn them out for games, attend the games and complete any DIY work necessary, (good job uncle Andrew let me hammer those few nails in whilst he was building the school)!

This is my last night on phi phi and also my last night with my great new friends, Sally and Emma so were off out for a farewell meal :0(

Wow that meal was amazing, mashed potato and everything, nat ud be in ur element!!! Now it's bed time as we had absolutely no sleep last nite n were up early to go n see the tsunami memorial!!! Good nite my fellow friends xxx
