Our bus picked us up at 10 after a very late nite n we started our journey to Laos! Sally and Emma have informed me that there is a smelly man at the back of the bus but I'm at the front so I'm alright! We stopped off at the White temple in chiang rai and I could barely be bothered to get off the bus but it was a pleasant suprise! The temple was stunning and extremely unusual with many surprises! As u walked up to it, there was clay hands sticking up holding skulls, this was representing hell before you enter the temple which is heaven! As we walked in, initially I sat down and noticed the monk meditating beneath a large White buddah and then an even bigger gold buddah, all looking down on one another! It wasn't until we studied the unique wall paintings that we noticed the twin towers wrapped in a petrol pump hose with a plane approaching, a mobile phone and many characters such as kians favourite, ben 10, avatar, spider man, bat man, matrix, Michael Jackson, hell raiser and more!!!! I believe it was showing the distractions from peace!!! We were only in there 10 minutes n by the time we were leaving, the heavens opened so I'm now sat on the via with a wet bottom!!! :0)

Jus arrived at the Laos border guest house n I'm sharing with Emma and Sally, movie nite in!!!
