The island is nice to relax and chill on, spend some time away from wifi and the world. Although the beaches could be better if they were raked every now and again just to give them a once over. But when your sharing a mile stretch golden sand beach with 6 other people.. You can't complain.
Today we went fishing with hooks line, a bag of squid, and a water bottle for a reel off the end of the pier. Managed to catch 7 reasonable sized fish we could keep and cooked them with some rice, onions, garlic, butter and a couple of lemons.. Wasn't half bad.! Nice and cheap as well.
Around 10pm when the lights had gone off at the pier we took a mask and jumped in. The water lit up a cloudy white around us. When you look under water it looks like your swimming in the stars when you disturb the plankton. Although getting out was pretty nerve racking, trying to avoid the sea urchins chillin on the steps.
