our legs are killing us....hired some bikes from the centre and our aim was to get to the sea. Our journey was 40km return according to the signs. We passed some cool towns and on the way back we bought some belgium chocolates. After going around in what seemed like circles we made it to the beach.We had our picnic and then we headed back which was a mission as we had a strong head wind.

for tea we had a meal at the restaurant below and had a traditional belgium meal.
