today was a long day. we caught the local bus at 9am to Corfu where we walked a short distance in the heat to the airport. Our flight was meant to depart at 11.45am but was delayed until just after 13.30 (something due to Greece airtraffic control strikes) With easyjst you dont get seat allocation so when the inbound aircraft arrived we all rush to the gate waiting for boarding time. then everyone rushes from the bus to the aircraft. my birthday... woke up and got some great presents from Andrew. we caught the morning bus to Corfu town. we wandered through the streets (which were so busy) to the Old fortress we walked to the top and got some great views. we had lunch and did some more looking around Corfu Town. We caught the 2.30pm bus back- thats the last one before their siesta. we went and laid down at the beach the water wasnt as clear due to the storm last night.

after just about sleeping in as we hadnt changed the celphone to Greece time we hopped on the shuttle bus. the bus took us to the port where we got our cruise. we made a stop at Lefkimmi to pick up more people. the sea was quite choppy so when we got to the sea caves the boat couldnt go in so we went to a different smaller cave. we sailed around Paxos island to Anti Paxos where you could jump off the boat for a quick swim. the water was really clear and a pretty...
