Made our way to Old Montreal, which was about a 15minute ride on the metro from where we are staying.

It instantly felt like we were in Europe, as there were cobbled lanes, beautifully styled buildings and many cafes, bistros and European restaurants.

We stopped at the Basilica of Notre Dame, which was amazing; it was breath takingly beautiful! The alter was the main feature, which was stunning! There was also an amaxing pulpit which I found fascinating! Was well worth visiting as there was so much to see and alot to take in!

We then spent the rest of the day walking around the quaint cobbled streets, taking in all of the different scenery and sense of atmosphere compared to the main city of Montreal.
