We had a relaxing drive up to Eden, NSW today. Most of the day we had light showers along the way that made it pleasant for travelling. When we arrived it was a quick set up, we left the car attached as it is only a one night stay. We settled in for afternoon tea with fresh pikelets that Kellie made and then we took Lochie over to the big jumping pillow located within the park for him to have some fun. He was watching other kids doing somersaults and forward rolls, it was very funny watching him trying to do the same. The caravan park here is very child friendly and Lochie loves riding his bike flat-out up and down the bitumen lanes with other kids. Since he discovered his pedals there is no stopping him! Later we went for a walk up the beach and discovered the Seahorse Inn, a magnificent hotel built in the 1800's right on the foreshore! We walked around the grounds and it is really beautiful! It started to sprinkle again so we walked back to the caravan park for a relaxing evening.
Tomorrow is Kellie's birthday so we won't be travelling too far. We may need to head inland if the storms from Queensland come our way.
