So we arrive at this small small place only like a road with all these caving companies on as the Waitimo region is home to the glowworms so tomorrow we are going on a Rap, Raft and Rock tour, where we abseil 27 metres into the cave then go on a raft in the dark through the caves to see the glowworms then we have to rock climb out....i would give Lara Croft a run for herm\ money am supergirl at the moment! Quite the action hero! Looking forward to that but there is b***** else all to do here xx

The cave experience wasnt great didnt like the instructor didnt really trust him so we have a few mins of a safety briefing before we abseil down into the cave which was quite fun but i was a bit scared throing myself off a cliff and doing this all myself by the way no instructor to help me, we all make it down to the bottom and go on a little walk and turn off out torches and see all the glow worms which is really nice and squeeze through silly small hles then we had to roock climb out on this gigantic wall all by myself i went forst cos i was so scared and i fell half way but was attached to a rope thing but had nothing to help me up apart from my little hands and the stupid boots on my feet culdnt get a grip on anything i had a little cry out of frustration cos i just couldnt do it and really started to panic, finally made it to the top and everyone else found it really easy am such a girl but oh well i did it!

well we did our caving! We had to abseil down ourselves which was fun not to scarey then we went inside the cave and turned off our torch helmets and saw all the glow worms which was cool to see all them then we had a bit of a wander in the cave and squeezed through a few holes in the cave, then we had to do a vertical 30m rock climb out i had to gofirst and was so scared and half way up i fell(luckily was attached to some sort of harness) but shook me up a bit and somehow managed to get to the top(there was a few tears) have decided am not super girl and might give the adventure sports a rest for a while until the next time anyway!!!!
