Now it's time to head north to the bonnie land of Scots. All aboard the Virgin Express!! Woot woot!! Such a beautiful journey through the English and Scottish countryside. Also a fabulous time for a little nap.
So we arrive in record time, in my opinion, and it's only a short stroll to our hotel on Princes St. Edinburgh.
It's only 4pm so we decided to have a little bit of a walk around town and afternoon tea at The Elephant Room. Checking off another Harry Potter hotspot. It was actually really quaint and I can see why she enjoyed writing here. Then just around the corner, we popped into the graveyard where J.K drew inspiration for some of the character names like Tom Riddle, Mcgonagal, Mad Eye Moody, the black family and Sirius. Such a peaceful place. Apparently graveyards in Scotland and like parks. People come and hang out, eat lunch... COOL!

Now where else to get dinner on our first night but a pub! And an opportunity for our first taste of Haggis! Deep fried of course. We are in Scotland!
