The Rugby World Cup has taken over the whole of the UK. Every pub has been plastered with everything and anything to do with the World Cup. And what a better place to enjoy the Australia Vs Scotland quarter final, then in an Edinburgh pub. We attempted to get there early to grab a booth, but of course there was a football game on before. We waiting patiently for the game to finish expecting the fans to all pack up and leave. No one left. GREAT!!

So we watched with one eye on the game and one eye on every single table ready to pounce! About a quarter of the way through we got a booth and ordered some grub. Deep fried Haggis Bites!??? Don't mind if I do. I figured it's probably the best way to try the national dish for the first time.

Such a great game. And an amazing atmosphere to experience it in!! And of course it helped that we won!!!
