Ok Arthur's seat! Several people told me that I must do this. So here goes. Thinking it was a hike we prepared ourselves but I read a guide book that said it was a 30min stroll. It is definitely a hike. Well to the summit at least. The were breathtaking. Literally. I'm gonna blame the altitude for all my huffing and puffing.
I believe we also ended up choosing the most challenging route, accidentally, but was totally worth it. The views of the city right down to the sea were stunning.
There was also a plaque on top to show distances to different landmarks.... Which I of course stood upon, yelling "I'm the king of the world".
