Today we spend morning in Vienna and then drive to Budapest. We get dropped in the city and taken to Swaravski crystal shop, the crystals come from Innesbruk, Austria. Buy a few trinkets and then go to Sisi Museum. Everyone else goes shopping and to Australia pub. Do get a chance to buy some Mozart balls. At 1.00 pm we depart for Budapest. We have a traditional dinner tonight. We arrive in Budapest have a short time to get ready then head off to the forest where we are having dinner. Drive through the Pest side cross the bridge that goes over the Danube and drive through Buda (Buda is the high part where the castle is). We arrive for dinner and are given traditional drink in a little ceramic cup. It is terrible and is called Palinka also has 50% alcohol. The smell and taste are horrible. We have goulash for a starter very nice and then some chicken and pork with paprika (Hungary's favorite spice). The band sounds terrible like they are all looking at different sheets of music but they all look very happy and pleased with themselves. The dancers are very energetic especially the men. Scott and Di are grabbed to get up and dance. A very nice night back to hotel for a nightcap or two. The toast in Hungarian is egisegera I have spelt it as it's pronounced so I remember it.
