Hey everyone!

Yesterday we went on the Long Island rail road to Hicksville, Long Island where Billy Joel was born and raised. The trip took about 45mins and we walked along a long, long road to get to number 20 Meeting Lane which used to be his house! You can guess who's idea this was:) It was a fun wee trip though and i visited the Dunkin' Donuts that was there which made it all worth it:)

Today we went on the TV and Movie Sites tour around Manhattan which was really good! Though neither of us had seen some of the movies they were talking about. The guide was really good though he made us sing the Friends theme tune! We stopped off in various places to see buildings and houses that were featured in films and TV series. The one we liked the best was the apartment block which is always shown in Friends:) so that was pretty cool! It was also nice not to have to walk around Manhattan for once! At the very end of the tour our tour bus went past our hotel and the tour guide started to mention it and he said that it was the hotel featured in Borat where he came in and started winding people up! This was really funny as when we arrived Daniel said that our hotel looked awfully like the one that was in Borat! So we were glad we found that out:)

We then took a wee trip around Chinatown and had a look in some of the shops and then went onto visit Wall Street and took a picture of the bull. I wanted a picture with it but there were too many people!

Tomorrow is our last day in New York which will be sad but we are looking forward to going to Washington D.C!
