When we decided to spoil ourselves there was no going back. Started off with Star Class on Jetstar in row 2 which was still not close enough to the front for me......poor Kathy told the flight attendant I'd only be comfortable looking out the front window.....not sure what he thought!! Anyway here we are , 2 mad ladies, drinking our way to Vietnam.

On arrival we were met by our driver and taken to the 5 star Caravelle Hotel. Very plush as one would expect and of course our trip would not be complete without a visit to the Saigon Saigon Bar on the top floor to partake of a beverage or 2 and take in the magnificent view.

Took in the sights of Saigon and naturally ran some very hard bargains at the Ben Thanh Market..... boy do we know how to haggle....but keeping our heads as we have Hai An to go yet.
