We went for showers when we got up and Jay had problems. There were only three shower cubicles in the ladies and when Jay got there one was being used. The other two had just been nabbed by the Germans in a similar way that they hog the sun loungers next to hotel swimming pools. It was a very hot and stuffy night. We tossed and turned all night and at about 5am admitted defeat. The temperature hadn't got any lower than 30! As we were talking the wind started picking up and at one point got quite fierce and was blowing bins over. By about 9 the wind had calmed down and had brought in a refreshing change.
