Today is my last day in Sydney and so this part of the journey is done with. After 4 months i have got to know the place quite well but there is so much i didn't do or see for whatever reason. Didn't go to the Blue Mountains. Didn't see the famous drag show in Kings Cross. Didn't visit Hunter Valley wine region. Didn't climb the Bridge. Didn't even have lunch at the Fish Market.
However, that's all irrelevant because what i have done and seen has been life changing in the most unexpected ways. When i arrived i thought i'd have nothing to do and no friends and no money. But i have learnt more about myself in the last few months than ever before and realised many of the profound and shallow things that inhabit my universe. And i have made one the best friends anyone could wish for in our Lisa.
But more importantly, i have learnt how to eat soup with chop sticks. Really, it's true.
But now onward! I am going down the coast to lovely Ulladulla by the sea to meet some friends Kelly recently made in England. They run spiritual workshops in the Bush and they have invited me to join in their next one this coming weekend. It's all very exciting and i can't wait to get back to nature for some real elemental therapy! After that? Who knows. I have no plans. So we shall see.......
