Not really been interested in writing on here lately but I couldn't let this sad day go by without marking my respect for the special spirit that was our Jaspie. The perfect dog.

What more can you say? The perfect companion and the purest and noblest friend. How many dogs come and give YOU a hug whether you like it or not? A warm and sturdy, soft and tactile physical presence. A dependable, unquestioning source of solace and love. How can we say goodbye to that!?

Well we only have to say goodbye to the earthly version of this exceptional Taurean, for he is now with Uncle Will in the higher-level, ever-present guardian realm. His softness and sturdiness still surrounds us - it's just a new version that we touch in our hearts and souls instead of with our hands.
