Last night we stopped at a place called Lake Mahinapua. There is nothing there other than the place you stay called the Poo Pub. It was a fancy dress night at the pub and it was really good fun. When we arrived everyone except for myself and a guy called John headed down to the lake to chill. We decided to hang at the hostel and make our outfits. The theme for the night was either something that starts with the same letter as your first name or bad taste. John and I partnered up and went for bad taste. We knew it was a controversial theme but John went as the twin towers and I went as a plane. Whats probably more controversial is that we won first prize. It was a really good night and first thing in the morning we headed on to Franz Joseph where we will be doing some glacier trekking. As we got up to get ready to leave Rob turned to Bav and asked him if he had got up in the night and struggled to get out of the room. Bav had no memory but turns out what he had done was struggled to open the door to get to toilet and so he pissed in the corner all over Pete's stuff. Oops. Was quite funny though and Pete took it surprisingly well.
