We arrived in Ballito to a backpackers full of a family going to a wedding the following day! Luke was shattered for some reason so he went to sleep straight away (7pm) and didn't wake up until 10 the next morning... Wow! I went to the bar for a bit and chatted to some of the people there (they were all very very drunk! so was hillarious for me). The next day we headed down to the beach! We didn't take cameras so they wouldn't get stolen but it was beautiful! There is a manmade pool that blends into the rocks so nicely and the huge waves break right over it so it fills up with saltwater easily and everyone in the pool gets a nice splash. In the evening we decided to play shot chess (the pawns filled with amarula (like baileys), the others except the king and queen with some advocate (gross!) and the king and queen filled with some stuff we found in a shop. Very fun! Especially when some drunk people came over and started yelling advice at us! We then went off to a club with the crazy drunk people which was hillarious!

The next day I woke up at 8 (luke at 10) to find some people having a birthday party there! I found out later that they had accidentally used up all our eggs (all 17 of them!) but as they had given me some of their cake i didn't mention it... We then left for the Drakensburgs!
