Where is the Taj?
After crawling out of bed at a very early hour we headed to the station to catch our train to Agra. We were dressed in four layers due to the extremely cold weather and heavy fog in Delhi. Well, we must be jinxed as when we got there the train was cancelled. The tour leader quickly arranged for us to get to the bus station and we boarded a clapped out old banger and headed off to Agra. Within the hour the fog got thicker and the bus colder as the glass in the windows was smaller than the window frame. When we arrived in Agra we were frozen solid, Jo had to put on further layers and then we were off to sight see, thinking would we be able to see anything? We shivered our way around the site which was amazing. Then the sun shone through for about 15 minutes and we could get a few photos. Still frozen we returned to our hotel. That night, Nikki slept in a thermal vest, a nightshirt, two fleeces, thermal longjohns and socks- picture the scene. Jo braved the cold wearing only her nightie after she hairdryered her bed to dry out the damp sheets!

Kit I wish I was there. Not.
lindsey Ah a somewhat different experience to the Diana photo shoot! But much more interesting. When I saw the Taj a couple of years ago it was very misty if not foggy (another early morning visit) but it was still amazing. Hope you've warmed up! x
