Not too much of an exciting day..but another day has passed and only 1 week left until I return home. We didn't have class until 9:30 today, so we got to sleep in. However, I am on some random sleep schedule so I am wide awake at like 7:00 every morning. My body is just so use to waking up and going that it cannot sleep in, which is kind of frustrating. I was dreamning about my bed today and I cannot wait to snuggly up in it..all morning. I never thought I would think this but I think it is going to be weird going back home and changing my whole routine again! I am so use to living in the same room with someone (well 2 someones now) and use to getting up and having a wonderful breakfast every morning and walking all day long..never getting dark outside so we feel safe and just enjoying wondering around. I am going to wake up, not eat breakfast, get in my car and go to work or somewhere. Just a whole lifestyle change, I was getting to used to this and loving it, I just wish it were like this at home. I do not think I could actually stay here any longer without my family and friends from home..but it would be nice to have both at the same place. I will miss having a roomie and people to go and do with all day long, but it will be nice having alone time...hah. Anyway, not much on my agenda for today I just had class, with another 130 powerpoint slide presentation. I do feel like I have learned so much here about globalization and the state of our world. Please watch the video at the link below..it is kind of scary to think about where the world will be on 5-10 years..so just watch it, because it is pretty interesting. It is like the basis for what I have been learning about. I did just finish my final assignments for the trip. I had to write a paper about how I fall in the globalization matrix meaning..do I think globalization is good or bad and do I think everyone should be equal...well something kind of like that. My assignment due tomorrow is to come up with my "lovemark" which is what Saatchi and Saachit believes a company should create for their brand. What is my lovemark, what is a brand or service that I would never have a substitute, what am I loyal to? Well, I think I have decided that my lovemark is Heinz ketchup or Carmen Carmen Salon, because I would never chose any other ketchup nor anywhere else to get my hair cut! I have increased my appreciation for Heinz ketchup on this trip because no one here has it, they have some weird rendition of ketchup and it is not good!
