We arrived in Cairns late afternoon on the 29th of May. We had a little hassle with our accomodation and ended up having to find somewhere else to stay. At this point its after 3pm and Grant decides that its at this very moment he has to do a bungee jump before we leave Australia. So away we go to the travel agent that books it and by this time it is 3.50pm. The last pick up for the Bungee was meant to be at 4.30pm so we were in time. So Grant got to do his Bungee jump, he has photos and a video so he has proof when we get home. However, I was there watching him and he did really well, I couldnt have jumped!

On the 30th we did a full day Barrier Reef trip which was recommended to us by people we met un Uluru. We got to go to two different point to snorkel again and it was great. I think we are both agreed however, that the snorkeling off the Whitsundays was the best. I think this is because it is much less spoilt than the Barrier Reef as so many trips go out there. At night we met up with the guy we did the Fraser Island trip with for dinner. Its nice to see people again and it is amazing how many people you bump into that you know going up the East Coast.
