We arrived in hong Kong late at night on the 24th. The following day we went over to Hog Kong Island and went for a look in some of the shopping malls. They are fantastic compared to the standard malls we get at home. We also saw Tmes Square in Hong Kong. The 26th was FAB. We went to the Disney in Hong Kong for the day. I absolutely loved it. After a very interesting overnight train from Surat Thani up to Bangkok we arrived in Bangkok on the 21st. We were picked up by mini bus and had a day of exploring to do. We were taken to the floating market where they have normal market stalls and they also have boats which trade as market stalls along the river. On the 16th we got the ferry early in the morning from Surat Thani to the island of Koh Pha Ngan. We were picked up in a pick up truck and driven forty minutes to our accomodation which was right on the beach in the north of the island. In the afternoon we went with the group for a walk to the street which has all the amenities (this is literally around 10 shops/restaurants). On the 13th we headed to the island of Penang from the Cameron Highlands. We arrived in the afternoon and chille dout for the rest of the day. On the 14th we went for a walk with the group. We started wiht a tour around a chocolate factory and got to do some tasting, yum! We then went for a look around little India and saw an Indian Mosque. Grant and I headed to the amll for a look and got some food. We went back and relaxed in the hotel in the evening.
