On Monday Grant and I got the ferry over to the beach in Manly. Was a lovely day and we sat on the beach for a while, then had lunch on a picnic bench overlooking the water. We had a look round the shops too. Tuesday we visited Darling harbour and had a walk round the shopping complex at the harbour. Thursday 30th we went to the famous Paddy's market in Sydney and had a look round the shops in Market Hall. We then went for a walk along the Chinatown district. Afterward we just went a general wander around the city centre to find our bearings. On Friday we got the ferry from Balmain to Circular Quay beside the opera house. It was a fantastic view as we came up to Sydney harbour bridge and under it and then the opera house sits beside it on the left hand side....
