so i am actually in love with Australia! I am still in Alice! i love it here so much, its so an easy going way of live, and living in the house means i got space to spread my crap out. have accumulated a lot, hardly paid for it though!

so my news!!

my bike got stolen a couple of weeks back, but its all good, i went to the police and someone had handed it in. so i have brought a massive lock for it so it doesnt happen again!!

i have found this amazing little place to go to on a sunday. its called the water tank and its like this massive hippy cafe with a jam session every sunday afternoon. people can go up, play what they want. last week was a bit messy as it was BYO booze. i couldnt stop throwing up (i still think its something i ate)

the more we go there the more locals we meet.

i also have a new job, started today. i am a courier for medvet which is the lab for blood and urine. i have to drive around to different clinics around town, and collect the pathology stuff. i also have to go to the airport to collect things that have come in from the bush communities. its really good

get given a car and mobile phone. it will take me right up to the day i leave :)

its 9-2.30 mon-fri, $20.46 per hour, and then im working in the restaurant mon, tue, thur nights and all day saturday!

i am just really happy here, everyone is lovely, and people help you out all the time.

sometimes its a bit scary walking/riding around at night but other than that its brilliant.

cant think of much else to say...made some really good friends. you can't walk down the street without seeing someone you know. i love that!

there was a desert festivsl on for the last two weeks and it was awesome. such a good atmoshphere, and i managed not to pay for anything.

going to a gig tomorrow night, there is an aboriginal band playing called iwupa who played at the jam session on sunday, they are really good. am so pleased ive found some live music! ive missed that aspect of home. i tihnk u could say im a bit addicted!

i cant think of anything else to say...hope everyone is ok.
