An early start this morning, big breakfast and off we went on the train to Lake Como. WOW. Just WOW. What a stunning and beautiful place. Woke up to a rather cloudy sky today with thundery showers forecast in Como so decided to stay in Milan for the day instead. We were pretty lazy this morning as we were so shattered! Before we left for Milan we had a quick trip to the palace to see the Bridge of Sighs. We saw lots of prison cells too which was cool. Got to the station and jumped on the train- had a very odd Chinese man sat next to us for some of it but luckily he got off before our stop! Funny journey on the night train and neither of us slept too well. The motion feels odd and you can hear the train more than we thought you'd be able to.
