Last Day with the Fam

Nan, Mel and I went shopping in the posh area as Darren got himself a tattoo and the others went to the fabulous museum. We got a lot of nice souvenirs and had a wander around the few shops that were open; NZenders are lazy when it comes to opening days! It was a chilled out morning and then it was all go when everyone got back together for lunch. In the afternoon Mum, Dad, Nan, Mel, James, Rob and I all went to the aquarium. The best part of the aquarium was the emperor penguins; I could have watched them all day! It was a great afternoon and in the evening for my last meal in NZ with my family we went to Botswana Butchery. It serves amazing meats and side orders and Dad thoroughly enjoyed his dessert! I think Grandy would have enjoyed his birthday if he was with us, well minus the shopping! It was a nice day enjoyed with a heavy heart, one because I missed Grandy and two because it was my last day with everyone in NZ.
