i have finally suffered information input overload and for the first time everything for the last two weeks has become a hideous blur of multicoloured images, sounds, smells and kingfisher beer! some highlights though were the temple at Madurai which was amazing in arcitecture and worship, and shopping for plastic rubbish in the market, you can pick up a lot of tat for 50 rupees; going to do posh indian christmas eve and dancing to aqua and the spice girls in hiking boots (mossie protection); christmas day jungle treking and sun bathing and the best king fish steak in the world; hanging out in hippy town kovalam and having a very nasty swimming in the sea near death moment; etc, etc. I will attempt to upload some photos when i get home to make a chance from the mainly irrelevent ones i have used through out this diary I have nearly 1000 on digital card to chose from....
