It's Helen and Ruth. Just wondering how you are. Happy new year to you and look forward to seeing you soon although I'm sure your not looking forward to seeing us! I left work yesterday into the grey grizzly weather and reflected that I was in the Cook Islands in the sunshine this time last year! Have booked a week in Egypt in mid-Jan to preserve my sanity.

Hiya Jae, happy Christmas (belatedly) and Happy New Year (in time I hope!). It's cold, wet and miserable in London so despite what sounds like a gruelling trip, you may well find coming home a tad depressing in more ways than one. But it will be great to see you. What date do you arrive? I've a feeling it's the 2nd Jan. Let me know and I will come meet you at the airport.
