On the 1st we headed off to the Golden Triange which is famous for Opium a long time ago. It is also the thai border with burma and laos. Euge headed off into Burma for a couple of hours to have a look around whilst the rest of us explored the triangle markets. Early on the 28th we caught a local bus for 3 hours from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai in preperation for our Hilltribe trek!!!!
