On the 2nd we caught the bus back tp Chaing Mai ready for our overnight train to Ayuthaya. Had a quiet afternoon lookng around the shops whilst Neen explored the city a little bit more. We headed off for our overnight train with an ungodly wake up call of 4.30am!!!!!!!!

After a nice trip on the overnight train - interesting to say the least - we arrived in chiang mai early on the 26th. We then headed off for an hours ride on the elephants which was an experience.
