Hello!

So following up from my old one, we went to the next viewing on the 13th. Pool, gym, spa, unlimited internet and a 50" tv in the living room... we said on the spot YES! We were told we couldn't move in until Sunday so booked another few nights in the hostel.

That night we went to see the sunset at the Sydney Opera House & Bridge. It was an absolutely unbelievable view and we also saw what we think was a wallaby in a tree!

Room 309 was shook up a bit when a new man came in the next day, he was in his 40's and was very aggressive and said (without saying hello) I've got work at 5 in the morning so I want lights out and complete silence by 11... if any of you wake me up I will strangle you. We thought he was joking but later on when he thought the boys had left the room he said 'I wouldn't really touch a girl but I would to the lads if they were to be noisy…'

So we came in quietly and everything was fine that night. He said thanks the next day which we weren't expecting. We also found out that he was very racist and swore every 3 or 4 words.

That night we all went out together (except the psycho). Rachael (an American girl in our room) had too much to drink, turned on our light and woke the man up by shouting and messing about. When we came in he was wide awake and we were literally silent when he started having a go at us for waking him up. He was swearing at the girls and getting very aggressive and threatened us a few times. So the next day we all complained individually and the hostel decided they would give him one more night and then he will be thrown out.

The next day I can't remember what we did…. SORRY!!

The following day we went to Madam Tussauds and the Sea Life aquarium as Rachael works at the aquarium and got us free entry! That was really fun, we had a great day. We then went to Scary Canary for a $15 steak and pint… beginning to become a trend now!

The next day (Thursday) we went with the two Scottish girls and Rachael to laser quest and also to play pool. Had a great time, came 3rd in our team the first game and 1st out of 25 people in the second game! Only person to get over 10,000!

The next day we just relaxed around the hostel pretty much

Saturday morning Me and Will had to check out of our room and move downstairs to another for the last night. We were in a room with a guy called Tom who is really nice! He's staying in the hostel until he finds a penthouse on the harbour to buy and live in. We went out that night to a place called Scruffy Murphy's which was alright, about 15 TV's everywhere playing the football and cheap drinks!

The following day Me and Will checked out and before going to the flat went to a bar called Cheers which we have decided to call our local. Open 24/7, shows the Premier League games live all night across 25 TV's, cheap beers and FULL ENGLISH BREAKFASTS. They are extremely nice!

We then went back to the Hostel, got our bags and took them to the flat which is literally a 4:35 second walk (I timed it). We then unpacked and jumped straight in OUR pool. It was amazing

So far today we have met up with Kat and Lauren and their two other Scottish friends, took them to our pool and we are just about to go out to Scruffy's for free pizza!
